tiny Giants Productions Limited formed in 1999 as a not for profit arts organisation. Over the past 12 years we have steadily grown to become one of the most innovative companies of its kind in the country. Based ion Liverpool, tiny Giants are now one of the largest Theatre in Education Companies in the UK. Artistic Director Liam Scott has been working with schools, councils and PCT’s across the UK on various projects and issues including: Road Safety, Anti Bullying, Railway Safety, Home Safety and Classic Texts for Literacy studies . Our team at tiny Giants consists of teachers, actors, musicians, writers and researchers who are dedicated to the development of Theatre in Education for young people. Our work has won awards in recent years and our plays are well respected by teachers and education specialists from all over the UK. Tiny Giants perform to around 1200 schools every year.
In 2008 Tiny giant’s funded the development and opening of The Lantern Theatre in Liverpool which is a most welcomed fringe Theatre in the heart of the City Centre, that offers a range of services in the community for Arts development. Th
Artistic Director
A founder member of tiny Giants, Liam is at the forefront of all company productions. He has extensive experience in writing issue based plays for schools. To date he has written and produced over twenty five plays for councils and community groups. His knowledge and skills in the performing arts are amongst the best in the country. He has worked in Arts and Education for twenty years as a writer, musician, choreographer, actor and teacher, producing outstanding projects and innovative educational workshops.
Managing Director
A founder member of tiny Giants, Clare has over ten years experience working within the sphere of Theatre in Education. Her background is in music and teaching. She has been the companies’ Musical Director since 1999. Clare has significant input to all productions, gathering research and resources for the writer, her creative approach to projects and new ways of learning and teaching are an asset to any new project.
